Our Team
Our team is comprised of highly qualified individuals who have collectively over 50 years of experience in nursing care. Committed Care only hires trained individuals which include Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Assistant, and Medical Assistant. Each individual receives training to meet the needs of our clients which include Dementia and Memory Care, Mobility Assistance, and Toileting and Incontinence Care. Our trained staff experiences also extend to care for medically complex patient care and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We have a KEEN EYE in identifying changes in client’s behavior and obtaining appropriate support.

Latricia Wilkerson
CEO
Latricia Wilkerson is a distinguished Speech-Language Pathologist with over 10 years of experience, specifically providing rehabilitation care to seniors and adults with disabilities. She possesses a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from THEE Jackson State University. She is board certified in Alabama and Mississippi. Her background ranges from pediatric care to home health care and skilled nursing facilities. As a manager and rehab specialist, she would be saddened to see former patients return home but with continued need for assistance. With many families finding it a hardship to provide daily support, due to daily challenges, she decided to open a home care agency. Her passion to make a difference is the driving force for her to provide superior in-home daily care and support. It is rewarding to know that the care she has provided has restored faith and hope in patients’ and their families which has improved their quality of life. In correlation with the company’s motto, Latricia strives to passionately connect the lives of patients and their families with unparalleled care, commitment, and compassion.
Samiayah Williams Monroe
COO
Samiayah Williams Monroe, a native of Greenville, MS had ambition, drive and a commitment to caring for others. As a child, Samiayah learned the selfless act of respecting and caring for others as she observed a grandparent suffering from the effects of diabetes and caring for an aunt who had Cerebral Palsy.
Samiayah is a board certified, licensed Speech Language Pathologist in three states- Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. Her career as an exceptional Speech Language Pathologist started in 2009 where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Delta State University. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science degree from Thee Jackson State University. Her readiness and enthusiasm to get in the field to help others has permitted her to receive specialty certifications and awards. In addition, she is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she continues to provide exceptional service to the community.
Her experience provides firsthand insight in the need for continuum of care. Through the course of her career as a clinician and manager, Samiayah realized that one doesn't need a lot of money, a complicated business plan, or a great deal of experience to show compassion and love to care for individuals. She knew that she wanted to start a business that was fulfilling to herself as well as the closest person to her heart that needs her help, her son. Thus, the foundation for Committed Care Personal Care Service was established.

In-home Respite Care - Need a break for a few days or going on a vacation? Committed Care is available to provide overnight care so that primary caregivers can enjoy leisurely pursuits with a peace of mind.
Fall Prevention - Studies show that falls are the leading fatal and non-fatal injuries in seniors. We conduct falls assessments and identify needs and/or modifications to make their individuals safe.
Home Maker Services - Services range from light housekeeping, running errands and meal preparation.
Personal Care - We offer medication reminders, mobility assistance, assistance with ALDs, transferring and positioning, nutrition, dementia care.
Senior Care/Companionship - We help to promote overall wellness with Senior Care through exercise, proper diet/nutrition, mental stimulation and social interactions.
Transitioning Care - We can assist your loved one with safe transition from hospital or rehabilitation facility to promote continuum of care and healing.
